Well well well. Look who is back in the number 6 seed in the NFC. The Lions with a win vs the Seahawks in week 17 have secured a playoff spot and the number 6 seed. This looks like deja vu but its not its just history repeating itself, maybe? Last season the Lions were the number 6 seed and faced the number 3 seed Buccaneers just like this year. What a season in Detroit boy what a season. The Lions went 12-4 finishing as the 6 seed in the NFC. After a wild card win in Tampa, a divisional win in Green Bay and a conference win in Arizona the Lions came up one drive short in the Super Bowl vs the Dolphins losing 28-21. Backup quarterback Kizer played his heart out after the injury to Darnold in the divisional round but it just wasn’t enough.

Look out NFC the Detroit Lions have shaken up the team and the conference before last nights trade deadline at 10pm EST. The team owner Sconnie Nation made a flurry of moves that reshaped the entire roster in a matter of hours but still might come with lingering effects in the following season. With the 2019 season coming to a close the Lions have shaken up the front office by hiring the legendary and notorious GM Sconnie Nation. Sconnie has taken the last season off to do scouting around other leagues and spend time with his cat but is now back ready to add to his 7 CNFL titles. When asked who the main competition in CNFL is for him Sconnie didn’t mince words “Nobody” he responded. Looks like Sconnie is up to the new challenge of rebuilding the Lions.
