Season 31 Week 10 Game Review

The Broncos continue their impressive season, beating the Dolphins 24-13. They are now 7-2 and tied for 1st in the division with the Chargers.

OFFENSE

Julius Stewart had a another good game completing 11 passes out of 16 attempts. It was raining this game and Stewart doesn't usually play well in it so this is a big upgrade. He threw 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions as well.

Wayne Gallman was a workhorse this game getting 21 carries. He managed to get 80 yards but no touchdowns. Gallman didn't break off and long runs this game but still played good. He's been running consistently and that's what the Broncos have liked from him. 

The receptions this game was even across the board this game. Rookie tight end Demarco Moss had 3 receptions for 105 yards. 88 of those yards coming from 1 catch where he got behind the Dolphins blown coverage and was wide open down field. Bennet Edebali had 3 receptions for 52 yards and Carlos Henderson had 3 receptions for 47 yard. Darian Montgomery had 3 receptions for 24 yards and 1 touchdown.

Kick returned Sexton Levy also on the opening kickoff was able to take it back for kickoff return touchdown and put the Broncos up 7-0 immediately.

DEFENSE

The defense was able to get 2 interceptions this game. 1 from safety K.C Hayward and the other from middle linebacker Brandon Chubb. The defense also got a total of 4 sacks. 2 from rookie defensive end Deontae Ellsworth 2 sacks. Von Miller and Shaquil Barrett each had 1 sack as well.

Defensive End Deontae Ellsworth, Outside linebacker Shaquil Barrett, safety K.C Hayward, middle linebacker Brandon Chubb each had 4 tackles and lead the team. Middle linebacker Mustafa Baylar, safety Rashaud Singer, cornerback Brandon Langley each had 2 sacks.

The Broncos are at home to face the Bengals next week in week 11. The offense and defense will look to continue and improve more.
