Grading the top 5 picks for each user team!

Arizona (Not the dirty birds) Cardinals - Willy

  1. Byron Jones - CB - 91 OVR - 26yrs old

  2. Zach Ertz - TE - 93 OVR - 28yrs old

  3. Ed Oliver Jr. - DT - 79 OVR - 22yrs old

  4. Lane Johnson - RT - 89 OVR - 29yrs old

  5. Tyrell Williams - WR - 83 OVR - 27yrs old

Ah yes,  the jewel of ArizonaWith solid defensive minded picks in the first 5 rounds, I feel confident giving the Cards a solid B-, nearly a C+. My only concern with the early picks is the lack of a "high-level" QB. With an average age of 26 through the first 5 picks however, the Cardinals will likely be a force to be reckoned with for years to come.

Carolina (Mexican Mike's) Panthers - Mike

  1. OBJ - WR - 96 OVR - 26yrs old

  2. Tyreek Hill - WR - 94 OVR - 25yrs old

  3. Tre'Davious White - CB - 85 OVR - 24yrs old

  4. Adrian Amos Jr. - SS - 87 OVR - 26yrs old

  5. Frank Clark - RE - 83 OVR - 26yrs old

Weapons on weapons on weapons... A star-studded recieving core is the spotlight of this offense, the question is if 72 OVR rookie Dwayne Haskins Jr. can keep up! Modest, but calculated defensive picks make up the bottom half of this board and should scare offensive coordinators in the NFC south for a long time, let's see if they can beat some rivals before Tyreek beats his next kid. This young board garners an A- leaning B+ from me.

Cincinnati (Eye of the liger) Bengals - Batcam

  1. Jamal Adams - SS - 90 OVR - 23yrs old

  2. Denzel Ward - CB - 88 OVR - 22yrs old

  3. Marquise Brown - WR - 77 OVR - 22yrs old

  4. Zack Martin - RG - 96 OVR - 28yrs old

  5. Kyler Murray - QB - 73 OVR - 22yrs old

Well, we all knew Batcam likes them young, but his first 5 are so young it's incredible it isn't illegal. Solid picks, with an unlimited ceiling it will be interesting to watch this daycare team play. Not much to say here, it seems obvious that he was going for a long term play, keep a close eye on him. B seems about right here.

Cleveland (Steamer?) Browns - Thekid

  1. Aaron Donald - RE - 99 OVR - 28yrs old

  2. Julio Jones - WR - 98 OVR - 30yrs old

  3. Christain McCaffrey - HB - 91 OVR - 23yrs old

  4. AJ Green - WR - 90 OVR - 31yrs old

  5. Travis Frederick - C - 94 OVR - 28yrs old

WIN NOW! What a first 5 picks from TheKid. It is clear that this team is poised for a deep playoff run in the first year or two. With a pro-bowl qualifying roster, the Browns are surely a tornado ripping through the AFC North. The downside is that the team will be fighting against the clock. Let's hope the wins roll in before most of these players start qualifying for AARP cards. A from me.

Denver (ponyplay ;) ) Broncos  - Salz

  1. Stefon Diggs - WR - 92 OVR - 25yrs old

  2. Marshon Lattimore - CB - 87 OVR - 23yrs old

  3. Tyler Lockett - WR - 87 OVR - 26yrs old

  4. Ryan Ramczyk - RT - 86 OVR - 25yrs old

  5. Dee Ford - LE - 84 OVR - 28yrs old

Yikes! At least they are young(ish)? I spy draft pick trades in the future for the mile high warriors. Derek Carr was the 6th pick here, if that tells you what kind of situation this team will likely be in for at least the first 2 years. Sorry, but, this ain't it chief. C, final answer.

Green Bay (Now with the real TB12) Packers  - Cave

  1. Luke Kuechly - MLB - 98 OVR - 28yrs old

  2. Tom Brady - QB - 96 OVR - 42yrs old

  3. Trent Williams - LT - 95 OVR - 31yrs old

  4. Kenny Clark - DT - 90 OVR - 23yrs old

  5. Kenny Stills - WR - 84 OVR - 27yrs old

Wow, a 2 for 1 Kenny special and, 2 players old enough to be Nikrue's dad. This team will be interesting, with only one season of TB12 play, they better make it count. I am excited to see how this matchup compares to the picks made by Minnesota. B- feels like the right grade here, a little good, a little bad.... bittersweet.

KC (Klappin Cheeks 2 times a week) Chiefs  - Nik

  1. Baker Mayfield - QB - 83 OVR - 24yrs old

  2. Patrick Peterson - CB - 92 OVR - 29yrs old

  3. T.Y. Hilton - WR - 90 OVR - 29yrs old

  4. Avery Williamson - MLB - 86 OVR - 27yrs old

  5. Jason Verrett - CB - 82 OVR - 28yrs old

Middle of the road on this one, solid picks, but nothing stands out here. We will see if this team can outperform expectations. The picks feel bland, but put Nik into a good running for division play. If a gallon of milk could draft, I am at least 80% sure these picks would be on brand. B.

LA (Can't sell out a high school stadium) Chargers  - Flame

  1. Myles Garrett - RE - 91 OVR - 23yrs old

  2. Cam Jordan - LE - 91 OVR - 30yrs old

  3. Desmond King - CB - 87 OVR - 24yrs old

  4. Jaylon Smith - MLB - 85 OVR - 24yrs old

  5. Mike McGlinchey - RT - 83 OVR - 24yrs old

DEFENSE, DEFENSE. Holy cow, what a stacked D. I for one, am terrified. The secret will be putting the pieces together on O. Let's see what they can make happen. B-

LA ("Ram"ping up for a playoff loss) Rams  - Brooks

  1. Andrew Luck - QB - 92 OVR - 29yrs old

  2. Josh Allen - LE - 77 OVR - 22yrs old

  3. Deforest Buckner - DT - 87 OVR - 25yrs old

  4. Devin White - MLB - 74 OVR - 21yrs old

  5. Jaire Alexander - CB - 83 OVR - 22yrs old

Another really young lineup here, the picks feel right and it looks like they might put it together in their division. A young but highly talented defense, complimented with an absolute neckbearded chad at QB, this team has a good shot at a solid season. B+

Minn. (Personally does the Ricola™ horn before every game) Vikings  - 1337Llama

  1. Derwin James - CB - 88 OVR - 23yrs old

  2. Lamar Jackson - QB - 77 OVR - 22yrs old

  3. Adoree' Jackson - CB - 84 OVR - 23yrs old

  4. Quinnen Williams - DT - 80 OVR - 21yrs old

  5.  Blake Martinez - MLB - 82 OVR - 25yrs old

Young guys all over this board, Llama knew what he wanted and picked them. While some could be considered reaches, color me purple, because I like a lot of these picks. Stay tuned to this powerhouse of the NFC North. I give this one a B+

NOLA (Sippin' lean & Eatin' beans) Saints -Reckless

  1. George Kittle - TE - 90 OVR - 25yrs old

  2. Aaron Rodgers - QB - 90 OVR - 35yrs old

  3. Landon Collins - SS - 83 OVR - 25yrs old

  4. Jarvis Landry - WR - 84 OVR - 26yrs old

  5.  Avonte Maddox - CB - 78 OVR - 23yrs old

Gold and black, the Saints are ready to take on the NFC South this year. I forsee a tight race between the Panthers and Saints in the years ahead. All in all though, a mixed bag here, if this team outperforms my expectations, I will suck on one of my socks. I rate this a C+ or B-

OAK (Soon to be drinking IPAs) Raiders -Special-K

  1. Pat Mahomes - QB - 97 OVR - 23yrs old

  2. Travis Kelce - TE - 96 OVR - 29yrs old

  3. AB - WR - 98 OVR - 31yrs old

  4. Chris Jones - DT - 89 OVR - 25yrs old

  5. Tyrann Mathieu - SS - 87 OVR - 27yrs old

In the interest of self preservation, I won't give myself too much credit.... maybe soon Pat Mahomes will be nice enough to visit AB and Kelce in the nursing home? B+/A-

Pitt. (Now with statistically one less rapist) Steelers -Baker

  1. Deion Jones - MLB - 90 OVR - 24yrs old

  2. Russ Wilson - TE - 91 OVR - 30yrs old

  3. Von Miller - LOLB - 97 OVR - 30yrs old

  4. Justin Reid - FS - 84 OVR - 22yrs old

  5.  Chidobe Awuzie - CB - 80 OVR - 24yrs old

Mixed bag here, some reaches and some young players with a lot of potential. I have mixed thoughts on this one. Sorry shake and bake, but I am saddling you with a B-/C+. Maybe with some lucky trades and close wins you can validate yourself by falling out in the divisional round?

That does it folks, thanks for reading, let me know what you think or DM me with your next article idea!
