The Bengals finish the 1st quarter of PML season 4 with a 2-2 record with wins over the Vikings and Lions, and losses to the Browns and Chargers.

The story of this stretch of the season is 2nd year starter at QB, Jordan Ta’amu. In their 2 wins Ta’amu has shown the ability to be a PML All Pro, but on the flip side he has also shown he can be one of the most inconsistent QBs in their 2 losses. Ta’amu ranks in the top 10 for yards and is top 5 in TDs... however he also is in the top 5 for interceptions thrown.

The Bengals continue to hang their hat in the defensive side of the football. They have the 3rd ranked over all defense and have the best run defense in the PML.

Their defense is led by Jessie Bates, who just inked a new deal making him the 3rd highest paid FS in the PML. His living up to the contract. Bates leads his team in tackles, has 2 sacks, and 2 interceptions.
