Screw said shortly after the Texans hard faught victory over the
Colts. "My wife called me right after the game and asked was the
team into it."
That was a question a lot of fans had while watching this game.
Inexplicably though, the Texans pulled through.
There's not much to be said here. Tom Savage went down savagely,
and Jaelen Strong couldn't make anything happ...
After much back and forth between the teams, and inexplicably
the coaches, the Texans beat the Falcons 27-17.
Second year QB Tom Savage had another decent showing, and while
he threw no touchdowns, he also didn't throw any interceptions. He
does have a lot of growing to do, which was evident in a short
crossing throw to rookie WR Jaelen Strong, where Savage overthrew
Strong by a country mile.
It was a grinder this past Sunday as your Houston Texans took on
the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It was a game that had you on the edge of
your seat the entire time. The final drive decided the outcome of
the game as, on 4th and 1, former Texas A&M star Jovorskie Lane
made a critical first down, but then made the critical error of
