Fitt's Preseason Predictions (2)
NFC Divisional Champions
NFC South: Panthers
This was a difficult division to predict. I was contemplating between Cheezy and Mayor. I've only played Cheezy once before and it was a really good game. I've played Mayor several times as we see one another in week 4 of the preseason nearly every season. They're both very good and smart user. I gave the nod to Cheezy though. He still has Aaron Rodgers and he's still REALLY good. I'm also a big fan of other players like, Christian McCaffrey, Curtis Samuel, Yetur Gross-Matos and Donte Jackson. He has some good talent on both said and what talent he likes, he'll make up for with Madden skill. I think this division gets two teams into the playoffs but the leader of the pack with be Cheezy.
Predicted Record: 12-4
NFC East: Eagles
Brad is the defending NFC East champion and I think he remains there despite attempting to completely blow up his roster. Raegor, Holliman and Sanders are very explosive players on offense and Brad knows how to use them. Raegor has the dreaded drops open passes trait but he only had 5 dropped passes last season. That tells me he's being utilized in a very smart way that takes that trait out of the equation. He traded Jamarcus Reese to me and he picked up James Bradberry to replace him. That isn't a replacement, that's an upgrade. A damn good one too. He made slight but impactful moves this offseason that I think will pay off nicely for him.
Predicted Record: 11-5
NFC West: Seahawks
Mocha is a safe pick every season to win the division. He added Havenstein last year and he turned out to be a great pick. He saved a whole bunch of cap by trading Wilson and drafting a rookie quarterback. That allowed him to pick up players like Julio Jones, DE Josh Allen, Matthew Ioannidis, and retain Bobby Wagner. I like what he's done over there as far as the roster goes. He loves is running backs too and he has Jay'Veon Sunday up to 93 overall and a superstar. He is the king at taking young running backs and making them 95+ with an X-Factor. He's the clear favorite with this roster and his stick skills.
Predicted Record: 13-3
NFC North: Da Bears!
Just had another heartache, Bob! That makes a baker's dozen this week. Nick is winning the north. That isn't a guess, that's the way it's gon' be. Tyler Buchner is now a beast. He added Josh Jacobs to go with Tarik Cohen. Corey Davis is also a sneaky good acquisition. Cole Kmet is at certified super saiyain god level. He ended the season winning 8 of 9, I foresee another slow start this season. So, his record should only improve. I can't remember the last time that Nick didn't win the division.
Predicted Record: 13-3
